Technical Engineers (Batu Caves)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Implementation and effectiveness Preventive Maintenance Program Monitor the long term effectiveness of the maintenance, analyze results, define requirements and set priorities Carry out weekly, monthly & yearly preventive maintenance according to establish maintenance procedures and frequencies to minimize downtime and suggest for any improvement Ensure continuous machine improvement program to achieve and increase line efficiency Ensure all machineries and equipment are operating and maintained cost effectively, safely and efficiently Assist in quality defect investigation and recommend counteractive measures

REQUIREMENTS: Degree / Diploma in Industrial / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines Knowledge of SPC and PLC will be an added advantages High integrity, committed, self motivated and can work under minimum supervision, in a challenging and fast-paced environment Able to hands-on machineries maintenance
