As an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer, we have established and implemented a comprehensive Quality Management System that addresses all areas of operation - from internal staff training practices to product design, manufacturing, delivery, and service.

Customers play a significant role in our Quality Management System. Their requirements become our inputs and they monitor customer satisfaction to ensure that we have met their requirements.

The ISO 9001 : 2000 registration requires regular review and evaluation at every level; the methodology known as "Plan-Do-Check-Act" (PDCA) is applied in our system where we conduct yearly self-assessment and external audit to fine-tune system effectiveness. Beyond this certification discipline, we also conduct cross audits (integrated audits) among our subsidiaries.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) has been a culture to most of KJCF subsidiaries whose products are supplied to food chain industries. Some of their products have been certified with HACCP.
